With a degree in Nutrition and Kinesiology, along with certifications in Sports Nutrition and Weight Loss Coaching, I’ve spent many years helping women ditch the quick fixes and finally feel good in their bodies — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I’ve been in the fitness and wellness world for over 20 years — from owning two Curves Fitness Centers back in their heyday to building Positively Fit U, my online coaching business that’s empowered thousands of women nationwide through my signature 6 Week Challenge programs.
